John
Arp*
John has lived and performed
in Denver for the last ten years. Selected
stage credits include: Garbo
in My Eyes at the Denver Center; The Goat,
or Who Is Sylvia? and Bug with
Curious Theatre; Almost Maine, Escanaba in the
Moonlight, Guys On Ice, and Underpants at
the Aurora Fox; Cabaret at Littleton Town
Hall; Picasso at the Lipan Agile and Metamorphoses with
the Avenue Theatre; Insignificance at The
Mizel Center; Misalliance with
The Germinal Stage; Molly Sweeny with Tir
Na Nog; and Oklahoma! at
The Country Dinner Playhouse. In Houston he has performed
with Stages Repertory, The Urban Theatre and in seven
seasons with the Houston Shakespeare Festival. In Seattle
John performed with the Immediate Theatre and with
the Seattle Shakespeare Festival. Recent awards include
The Rocky Mountain News: Best Supporting Actor 2005;
Denver Post: Best Supporting Actor In A Drama 2004,
Best Season For An Actor 2005, and Best Supporting
Actor In A Musical 2006.
Michael Todd Behrens
Michael is thrilled to be a
part of CRT’s 42nd season. This will be his
fifth season with CRT; where he was most
recently seen in 2005 playing Lloyd in Noises
Off and Sidney in Light up the Sky. Michael
has also played in The Foreigner, Hay Fever, The
Quick-Change Room: Scenes from a Revolution, The Mystery
of Irma Vep, and Our Town for CRT. His
first appearance was in the 1996 production of Bill
Lawrence’s Feed My Sheep, playing Brother
Bob and Elder Aurlf Engen in CRT’s first blackbox
show upstairs. Michael is a graduate of the University
of Utah and has enjoyed playing roles from Hamlet at
Salt Lake City's Theater Works West to multiple
characters in Tunnel Vision, a New York City
sketch comedy group performing at Carline’s on
Broadway. Michael currently lives in Salt Lake City
where he makes a living doing theatre, film, television,
commercials, voice-overs and pretty much anything else
for which an actor can be hired.
Rebecca
Bossen
Dialect Coach
Rebecca Bossen is delighted
to be returning to Creede. Last year, she served
as dialect coach for Enchanted April, Sweeney
Todd, and Snake in the Grass. Other
coaching credits include: My Cousin Rachel,
What the Dickens? (The Free Associates), The
Secret Diary of Adrian Mole (Rivendell Theatre
Ensemble), Macbeth (Northwestern University), Blue/Orange (Actors
Revolution Theatre). Acting credits include: Sue
(Work), Margaret (Much Ado About Nothing),
Hannah (Salt and Pepper), Hannah ( Arcadia ),
Tzeitel (Fiddler on the Roof). As a playwright,
she has had several readings and productions and
is a proud member of Chicago Dramatists, New Plays
Co-op, and The Latest Draft. In 2006, she was awarded
the Illinois Arts Council Fellowship Grant for
Scriptworks.
Michael Bouchard
Michael Bouchard is excited
to be back for his fourth season of amazing
theater with CRT. You may remember him most recently
playing Tobias last year in Creede's award winning
production of Sweeney Todd. Born and raised in
California, Michael has worked all over the west
coast on stage and film and is happy to think of
Creede as a second home. Michael would like to
thank his two favorite women, his Mother and Rachel,
for their unwavering support, but more so, for
their unequaled inspiration.
Christy Brandt
This summer marks Christy’s
33rd season at CRT. Since 1973 Christy has
worked on stage and off for the benefit of
the theatre. In addition to acting, helping
backstage, and socializing with CRT’s patrons,
Christy has co-directed You
Can’t Take It With You in 1995 and directed You
Caught Me Dancing in 1992 and Mousetrap in
2000. She is also one of the co-authors of Six
Women with Brain Death. She has worked at
the Coterie in Kansas City and the South
Carolina Repertory Theatre in Last Lists of
My Mad Mother.
Christy appeared in Ang Lee’s film Ride
with the Devil. She has appeared in nearly
one hundred roles at CRT including: Kate
in the 1982 production of Harbledown and
two years ago as the Duchess in a revival
of the same show, a different kind of Kate
in Broadway
Bound playing the same (slightly older) character
she had been in the 1996 production of Brighton
Beach Memoirs, Hannah in The Spitfire
Grill, Kate in The Cripple of Inishmaan,
Ludmilla in The Quick-Change Room; Virginia
in Three Viewings, Cookie Cusack in Rumors;
Vi in The Memory of Water, Kate Keller
in All My Sons, Frenchy in Destry
Rides Again, Kate in Dancing at Lughnasa,
Ida in Changin’ Lanes, Abby Brewster
in Arsenic and Old Lace, Annie Sullivan
in The Miracle Worker, Charlotte in Moon
Over Buffalo, M’Lynn in Steel Magnolias,
Blanche in A Streetcar Named Desire, Sister
Hubert in Nunsense, Macon in Abundance,
and Eliza in Look Homeward Angel. Christy
is married to John Gary (Brownie) Brown,
an artist and CRT’s 33-year veteran photographer.
Andy
Brown
Andy Brown is returning to
CRT for his second summer season and couldn't be
more ecstatic. You might remember him as Bob, "Dirty
Bob," Bob from Lumberjacks in Love during
CRT's 2005 Season. Other CRT credits include Broadway
Bound, Light Up the Sky, and Harbledown.
Many thanks to the powers-that-be for the opportunity
to return to this marvelous Shangri-la in
the mountains for a summer of hard work, great theatre
and fellowship!
Martin
Buchanan
Martin Buchanan is very happy
to be returning to Creede for his sixth season
in a row with the CRT. By the end of this
season, Martin will have played over
20 different characters on the CRT stage. Martin has
performed at theatres around the country in Houston,
TX , Seattle, WA, Charleston, SC, Denali
Park, AK, and, most recently, in Kansas City,
MO. This past winter, he played the role
of Tommy in A Very
Scarrie Carrie Christmas Carol at Late Night Theatre
in KC, he designed props for Nickel and Dimed at
the Unicorn Theatre, also in KC, and he played the
role of Watson in Sherlock Homes: The Final Adventure at
the Kansas City Repertory Theatre.
Jessica
Buckley
Acting Intern
Soupy Sue: Urinetown
Jessica came to Creede for
what she thought was going to be a two-month
excursion into the wilds of the American West,
and she still hasn’t left. A native Californian,
she studied Mass Communications and Theatre Arts
at Sonoma State in California. Favorite roles include:
Bland DeBois in A Streetcar Named Desire,
Babe in Crimes of the Heart and Nora in A
Doll’s House. After much travel and
new experiences she has come back to her
love of theatre. She must thank CRT for such a
serendipitous opportunity to be a part of the season.

Anne F. Butler
Mrs. Eynsford Hill: Pygmalion
Annie has lived in Creede
since she first saw it in 2001 thanks to
Mo LaMee. This marks her 6th season with
CRT, and she has loved her many varied roles,
especially Dottie in Noises Off, Theresa
in Memory
of Water, Dorothea in Eleemosynary,
and even Lola Montez in The Man Who Shot the
Man Who Shot Jesse James. Like several here,
she holds an M.F.A. in acting from the National
Theatre Conservatory in Denver. She also
holds a B.A. in studio arts at C.U., Boulder.
She has played wide-ranging roles, especially
at the Commonweal Theatre in Minnesota, the
Colorado Shakespeare Festival, the Denver Center
as a graduate student and Montana Shakespeare in
the Parks. She has also worked at many Denver area
theatres. She lives now as a happy spinster
cat lady with her darlings Jack and Mars.
Jeff
Carey
This is Jeff’s fifth
Creede summer. He wrote Pan & Boone, Emilia’sTree,
and co-wrote and co-directed Old West Christmas
Carol. He appeared in Noises Off, Broadway
Bound, Crazy forYou, and Sweeny
Todd, as well designing sets for Pan & Boone,
The Spitfire Grill, Slabtown, Old West Christmas
Carol, and co-designing Crazy for You,
The Man Who Shot…Jesse James, and Enchanted
April. This winter, Jeff Assistant Directed
Anthony Powell’s production of Pillowman at
the Denver Center Theatre Company. Recently,
Jeff wrote and illustrated the premiere issue
of Giggle &Weep,
CRT’s new Theatre Magazine for Kids. Jeff
is a Colorado native, graduate of NYU, and
the National Theatre Conservatory, whose
work has been seen across the country, and in London.
Diana
Dresser*
A company member for 11 seasons,
Diana has performed in almost twenty CRT
productions and has directed and choreographed
many others. Favorite CRT shows
include The Memory of Water (Catherine), Feed
My Sheep (Janet), Crazy for You (Co-Director/Co-Choreographer/Tess)
and Forever Plaid (Director). Diana
lives in Denver, where she has worked with Curious
Theatre Company (Frozen), The Arvada Center
(The Crimson Thread) and Modern Muse Theatre
Company (Bad Dates). Elsewhere, Diana has
worked with Theatre Aspen, Theatre de la Jeune Lune
in Minneapolis, and the New Conservatory Theatre Center
in San Francisco. Many thanks to Mo, the best director
and boss one could ever hope for, to my wonderful family
in Kansas, and to my husband Avery and son Guy, for
making me laugh every day.
Adrian
Egolf
A graduate from Georgetown University with a degree
in Security Studies, Adrian ’s love of the theatre
brought her back to Creede where her family has lived
for generations. Adrian first appeared on-stage at
CRT in 1986 as Little Mary Sunshine’s lovechild,
followed by another appearance as Paul Stone’s
assistant magician. Adrian is thrilled to be back at
CRT for her third season and is looking forward to
another wonderful year both on and off the stage.
Rebecca
Gibel*
Rebecca Gibel is thrilled and
grateful to return to Creede for her third
season. Originally from Albuquerque, NM , Rebecca
has appeared across the country with companies
such as Playhouse on the Square, the Eugene O’Neill
Theatre Center, the Arvada Center, the Aurora Fox,
and Fusion Theatre Company. Favorite roles include:
Maggie in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Viola
in Twelfth Night, Alice in Closer,
Honey in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?,
Polly in Crazy for You, and Lady Caroline
in Enchanted April. Rebecca received her BA
from the College of William & Mary and trained
with the American Conservatory Theatre. She will head
to Brown University to pursue her MFA in Acting this
fall. Thank you to my family, Mo, and to all the folks
who clicked the mouse and voted her 2006’s Denver
Post Readers’ Choice for Best Season by an Actress.
Lawrence P. Henderson
Lawrence P. Henderson is
originally from Leavenworth, Kansas, and
is a 2007 graduate of the University of
Kansas. He recently appeared in University
productions of Guys and Dolls (Nicely
Nicely Johnson) and The Odyssey (Cyclops).
This is Lawrence ’s
first season with Creede Reparatory Theatre
and he would like to thank every one at
Creede for this wonderful opportunity.
Jessica
Jackson
Jessica is happy to be a part
of CRT for a fourth season. Most recently,
her performance career has taken a turn for
the improvisational, working with the four-person
comedy troupe Speakeasy in
Chicago and studying at ImprovOlympic. She
has appeared in many show at CRT including Snake
in the Grass, Sweeney Todd, Light Up the
Sky, The Spitfire Grill, and The Cripple
of Inishmaan. She
has been lucky enough to perform and direct
for several fantastic companies around the
U.S., develop an original work (We Regret to
Inform You)
with Ben Becton, and be a part of the Actors’ Fund
Benefit. She thanks Mo LaMee for green-lighting
her dream of forming a resident Improv Troupe
at CRT.
Paul
James
Paul James hails from the
St. Louis area and is honored to be working
in Creede. He most recently appeared as Oscar
Madison in the ACT II production of The Odd
Couple in
St. Peters, Missouri and Belleville, Illinois.
Other credits include roles as R.P. McMurphy in One
Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest,
Sam Nash in Plaza Suite, Matthew Harrison
Brady in Inherit The Wind, Norman Bulansky
in The Boys Next Door, Adolph Freitag
in Last Night of Ballyhoo and Manolo Costazuela
in The Odd Couple-Female Version at Washington

Jaclyn Johnson
Acting Apprentice
Miss Clara Hill : Pygmalion
Jaclyn Johnson is a Minneapolis
based actor whose most recent credit include a six
month tour with CLIMB Theatre’s methamphetamine
prevention performance piece, Shattered.
She has preformed regionally in such productions
as Kinnick (Barbara Miller), Death
of a Salesman (Miss Forsythe), The Laramie
Project (Reggie Fluty, Ensemble), and originated
the role of Lydia, in Keith Huff’s Prosperity.
Jaclyn holds a BA from Cornell College. Favorite Cornell
productions include The Water Hen (Lady Alice
of Nevermore), Book of Days (Sharon Bates), Noises
Off (Belinda), and Trust (Leah).
Jason Kennedy
This is Jason’s first
season with the CRT. He is a senior Musical
Theatre/Acting major from Abilene, TX, where
he attends Abilene Christian University.
Jason has performed such roles as Don Lockwood
in Singin’ In
the Rain, Cat in the Hat in Suessical, West/Fraiser/Pinky?David
in Pride’s Crossing, Malvolio in Twelfth
Night, Cassius in Julius Caesar, and
the title role in Pippin. Thanks to everyone
who came to the show, to Goob for always
being there, and lots of love to my mom for
supporting me financially and emotionally
in all I do. I’d
thank God, but…he knows.
Trary Maddalone
This is Trary’s 10th
season with CRT. Favorite roles include Roz
in Moon
Over Buffalo, Amelia Earhart in Amelia
Lives, Mary in The Memory of Water,
Anna in The Quick-Change Room, Belinda
in Noises Off, and the Raven in The
Robber Bridegroom. A Colorado native and a
graduate of the National Theatre Conservatory,
she’s appeared on stages all around the state:
The Denver Center, The Arvada Center, Theatre
Aspen, CMC Theatre and Thunder River Theatre—among
other companies. She and her husband Mo, along
with 9-year-old twins, Kieran and Genevieve, now
call Creede their hometown.
Allison
McLemore
Allison McLemore is happy to return to Creede for a
second season. Last summer she played Lotty in Enchanted
April and Miriam in Snake in the Grass.
Other credits include: Off-Broadway: The Madras
House, The Mint Theatre Company. Regional: Antigone,
Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park Touring Company; Little
Women, Peterborough Players; The Man Who Came
to Dinner, Monomoy.
Allison
Quiller
Acting Apprentice
Parlor Maid: Pygmalion
Allie Quiller is thrilled to
be a part of Creede Repertory Theatre this summer.
A recent graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy,
she has spent the last two years at the boarding
school with a major in Creative Writing. She has
done work in Theatre and Visual Arts at Interlochen,
as well as in her spare time. Allie’s previous
credits at the CRT include All My Sons, Wiley and
the Hairyman, An Afternoon of Mime, The Minpins, and Emilia’s
Tree. She hopes to continue to work in the theatre
arts, as well as pursue a career in children’s
film.

Hannah is extremely excited
to be back again with the CRT crew this summer!
Hannah lives in Tucson Arizona , where she
will be starting her freshman year of college.
She hopes to major in her life-long passion,
acting. When not in school, she spends her days
working at Old Tucson Studio’s where she
performs and does stunt work. You may remember
Hannah from last summer in Crazy for You, Emilia’s
Tree and, if you happened to look be hind you,
in the sound booth for Sweeney Todd. Other CRT
Credits include: The Minpins, Hamlet, An Afternoon
of Mime, and Wiley and the Hairyman She would like
to thank everyone who has supported her in having
this wonderful experience.
Patrick Ryan Sullivan*
Officer Lockstock: Urinetown
Higgins: Pygmalion
Patrick just completed a run
as the ruthless newspaper tycoon D. B. Norton
in the new musical Meet John
Doe at the Goodspeed and Ford’s Theatre.
Patrick’s Broadway credits include Julian in 42nd
Street and Gaston in Beauty and the Beast and
various roles in Titanic. Most recently he
played Greasy in the World Premiere of Saint Heaven.
Last year, Patrick played Billy in Chicago in
the China company. Other credits include: Rutledge
in 1776, Tito in Lead Me a Tenor,
Birdie in Bye Bye Birdie, Bo in Bustop and
Miles in Forum, the title role in the Maurey
Yeston’s Phantom, Billy in Carousel,
Beau in Auntie Mame with Charles Busch playing
Mame. Patrick played football for five years in college
and earned a Music Ed. Degree. He is lucky to have
the best agent on earth: Stone Manors. Patrick is also
the Associate Artistic Director of the Temple Theatre
in Sanford, North Carolina.
Charlie
Thurston
Charlie is thrilled to be
returning to CRT for a second season. You
may have seen him last year in either Crazy
For You or Sweeney
Todd. He has also appeared in regional productions
in Kansas City, Iowa City, and Chicago.
Charlie, a Kansas City native, is currently
pursuing an undergraduate degree in performance
and playwriting at Cornell College in Mt.
Vernon, IA. He would like to thank his friends,
family, and professors for their relentless
love and encouragement and the CRT audience
for supporting the Theatre Arts.
Jake
Walker
Mr. Walker is proud to be making
his Creede Rep main stage debut.
Previously, Jake has performed in the reps Outreach
Tour, performing in
Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico. A Kansas City native,
Jake has been a
professional actor there for 8 years. Some of his favorite
shows include The
Great American Trailer
Park Musical, Forbidden Broadway, Fuddy Meers,
Hamlet, Hevry V and Much Ado About Nothing.

Pharr Wilson*
This is Peggy’s lucky
13th season with CRT. Among the almost 40
roles she’s played here, you might remember
her as Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd, Mrs.
Graves in Enchanted April, ShirleyValentine,
Addie in Harbledown, Eileen in Cripple
of Inishmaan, Marya from The Quickchange
Room, Josie in Moon For theMisbegotten,
Mac in Three Viewings, Maggie in Dancing
atLughnasa, Hucklebee in The
Fantastics, Mrs. Webb in Our Town,
Sue in All My Sons, Rhetta in Pumpboys
and Dinettes, Sister Hubert in Nunsense
2, Celeste in Changin Lanes, Lady
Bracknell in The Importance of Being Earnest,
Veronica in Veronica’s Room, and
as Stella in Light Up the Sky. Peggy is
co-creator of the cult hit Six Women with Brain
Death and performed in that show in Kansas
City , Chicago, Dallas and New York City
. Some other theatres where she has been
seen are the Unicorn Theatre, Kansas City
Rep, KC Lyric Opera, Dallas Theatre Center,
Theatre 3, White River Theatre in Vermont and in
New York City. Peggy and her husband Tristan
met in Creede in 1982 and have been married 22
years. She is a graduate of Baylor University and
a member of Actor’s
Equity Association, SAG, AFTRA, and the Dramatist’s
Guild. She is the author of the CRT cookbook
(available in the gift shop!), writes a lifestyle
column for Creede
Magazine and is a very bad golfer. Peggy received
the Denver Post Ovation Award for Best
Actress in a Musical for her 2006 performance
in Sweeney
Todd.
