Terry Leach’s Dramaphile Browns

An avid outdoorsman whose soul has been touched by remote and desolate places, Terry looks for the unique or extreme in landscapes, o

ften inventing his own light, color system and composition to express core emotions evoked by nature's many faces. Terry paints on

location, from photos and sketches; however, he feels his best paintings are done purely from memory, which allows him to mix fantasy with nature's reality.

In 1997, Terry won the Landscape Award at the Annual International Art Prospect Competition held in La Jolla, California.  He has won several Casa Grande Museum of Art awards.  His work is in collections throughout the United States, France, Germany, Sweden and Canada.
